Return & Exchange Policy

Please note that we have a No Refund policy. We do not accept returns for refunds; we only offer exchanges.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (such as for a different size), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items (Mandatory Unboxing Video)
We take great care in quality checking our outfits. However, if you receive a damaged, dirty, or incorrect item, we will happily exchange it for you.
 Important Note: To claim an exchange for a damaged or defective product, you must provide a clear, uncut unboxing video from start to finish, showing the unopened package being opened for the first time. Without a valid unboxing video as proof, we will not be able to process any exchange or entertain any claims.

To start an Return, you can contact us at rajkidswear13@gmail.com. Please note that Return will need to be sent at our official address at ur own expenses .

If your Return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
